Update, Freeze, or Cancel Your Membership

Please complete the form below to request any changes to your membership. This helps to make sure your request is handled properly and in a timely fashion. All requests must be submitted by the 30th of the month to allow time for processing before the next billing cycle (typically the first weekday of the month). Please note:

Cancellation:

  • Submit request by the 30th of the month

  • No cancellation fees apply (no refunds given for unused time)

  • Re-starting a membership will require new startup fees, and possibly a new price if there has been a price change

Freeze:

  • Submit request by the 30th of the month

  • Recommended for those expecting a temporary absence for vacation, work, injury etc.

  • $5/month, protects your pricing, and prevents any startup fees when you resume

Youth Classes:

If you know when your child will be returning, including for summer, please select Freeze and include the expected start and end date for the freeze. There is no fee for freezing class enrollment, and we can always make changes after! If you’re not sure when they’ll be back, go ahead and select cancel.
